About the Role
In this role, you will migrate large customer and contract data, further developing our migration approach based on your experience. You will support customers with complex data migration projects, focusing on the technical analysis of source systems. You will be in close communication with business analysts and customer application development teams. Together with the team, you will solve challenging technological scenarios and contribute your ideas and knowledge to the further development of our migration software to continuously reduce project complexity for our customers.

- Migrate large customer and contract data, and further develop our migration approach based on your experience.
- Support customers with complex data migration projects, particularly in the technical analysis of source systems.
- Maintain close communication with business analysts and customer application development teams.
- Solve challenging technological scenarios together with the team.
- Contribute ideas and knowledge to the further development of our migration software to continuously reduce project complexity for our customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in software development in a B2B/B2C environment.
- Experience in developing ETL processes, automations, and data model mappings.
- Familiarity with database management systems, preferably SQL-based.
- Experience in efficiently processing large amounts of data.
- Several years of experience in the Java programming language.
- Initial experience with Java EE and containers.
- Proficient use of AI tools in your field, critical evaluation of results, and supporting customers and adessi in leveraging AI potential.
- Curiosity and enjoyment of learning, with a motivation to learn new things daily and explore new topics.
- Team player attitude, willing to share experiences and learnings.
- Ability to implement projects independently and contribute creative ideas to improve development processes.
- Ability to view projects and processes from different perspectives.
- Very good German language skills (at least C1 level).
