About the Role
Join the Design team at Youtrust, a European Digital Trust provider, and contribute to our Workflow and Verify products. You will collaborate with a Product Manager, developers, and Product Marketing to bring our new brand identity into the product and explore AI's role in design and features.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery with the Product Manager, framing problems, selecting methods, and conducting user research and co-design workshops.
- Design user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes aligned with the design vision, new brand, and technical constraints.
- Test solutions with users prior to development.
- Hand off designs to developers and oversee their implementation through to release.
- Support product launches with Product Marketing, track KPIs, and share results.
- Utilize AI for faster work, verify its output, and help design AI features that manage errors and allow user correction.
- Contribute to the improvement of the Design System, its accessibility, and the structuring of the design team's workflow.
- Participate in Design Critics and Knowledge Sharing sessions.
- Share learnings, including AI workflows, and propose enhanced working methods.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a Product Designer, ideally on a SaaS product.
- Experience on an API product is a plus.
- Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, variables, and interactive prototypes.
- Experience conducting user interviews and usability tests, translating findings into design decisions.
- Experience using a design system and contributing components.
- Basic understanding of accessibility (WCAG) with a desire to deepen knowledge.
- Interest in Design Ops, including file organization, documentation, and tools.
- Ability to clearly explain design choices, supported by user insights and data.
- Experience reading product analytics and improving flows or running A/B tests.
- Knowledge of service design or design thinking methods and experience running workshops.
- Curiosity about AI, with practical experience and a desire to learn more, including understanding its limitations.
- Ability to seek and act on feedback, take ownership of projects, and know when to ask for help.
- Attention to detail regarding edge cases, states, consistency, and accessibility.
- Fluent French (C2) and English (C1 minimum).
- Portfolio required for interviews.
