  • Set and pressure-test regional targets, translating global goals into market-level commitments.
  • Run deep-dive analyses on market dynamics, turning findings into clear recommendations.
  • Identify and launch new growth initiatives, using the UK as a test market and the Nordics as a proving ground.
  • Build the business case for investment in the region and secure resources.
  • Own the region’s operating cadence, including business reviews, to provide leadership with a trusted view of performance.
  • Convert strategy into sequenced execution plans with clear ownership and success measures.
  • Track delivery against the plan, proactively surfacing and resolving risks and bottlenecks.
  • Design and improve operating processes for efficiency, transparency, and speed.
  • Lead the region’s input into global planning and resource allocation cycles.
  • Act as the connective tissue between the regional team and global functions.
  • Serve as the go-to decision partner for the region’s position, context, and priorities.
  • Build alignment on high-priority projects and market launches, brokering trade-offs.
  • Represent the region in NEMEA and global business operations forums.
  • Partner with Public Policy on the regulatory landscape to inform commercial plans.
  • Turn complex data into clear narratives with actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Build and maintain regional reporting, including dashboards and performance packs.
  • Establish key metrics for the region and ensure shared understanding of success.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making and leverage AI tooling for faster insights.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in business operations, strategy, consulting, or commercial leadership with a track record of owning outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to set strategy and drive it through to execution.
  • Deep experience influencing without authority across a global matrixed organization.
  • Strong analytical toolkit, comfortable working with finance and data science partners.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
