This is a high-energy, high-growth role for a motivated early-career professional who enjoys building relationships and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and event follow-up to generate qualified meetings.
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads and inquiries from marketing campaigns.
  • Qualify prospects against defined criteria and document findings.
  • Schedule discovery calls and demos, and hand off well-prepared opportunities to Sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activity, contacts, and pipeline status in the CRM.
  • Learn the Luma platform and products to speak credibly with prospects.
  • Stay current on the financial markets landscape and competitors.
  • Share prospect feedback and market insights with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and Product teams.
  • Meet or exceed activity, meeting, and pipeline targets.
  • Participate in regular pipeline reviews and coaching.
  • Represent Luma professionally as a global leader in structured products technology.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of sales, business development, or relationship management experience (internships count).
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-driven, with strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Familiarity with financial advisors, RIAs, broker/dealers, structured products, annuities, or derivatives is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is preferred.
  • Series 7 and/or Series 63 (or willingness to obtain) is preferred.
  • Prior outbound prospecting, SDR, or BDR experience is preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
