  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, governance structures, and reporting frameworks.
  • Coordinate internal teams, third-party suppliers, and business stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively managing risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests.

  • Provide clear and concise updates to senior leadership, escalating issues where appropriate.
  • Build trusted relationships with business stakeholders.
  • Maintain high-quality project documentation and ensure strong governance standards.
  • Collaborate with Business Leaders, IT teams, and Central Services to support strategic business initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects across the full project lifecycle.
  • Strong project planning, governance, risk management, and reporting experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, frameworks, and delivery tools.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence, motivate, and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success delivering projects to agreed scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
