About the Role
Develop the Altenhilfe business unit strategically, actively manage change processes, and advance key future topics. Lead, develop, and strengthen facility and network management through appreciative and results-oriented leadership. Combine entrepreneurial thinking with social responsibility, recognize developments early, actively shape change processes, and ensure high-quality, economically viable, and needs-oriented services for the future.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic goals and identify future needs and service structures.
- Lead, develop, and strengthen facility and network management through appreciative and results-oriented leadership.
- Assume overall responsibility for economic development and ensure a sustainable cost and revenue structure.
- Be responsible for quality and risk management, and develop care, support, and assistance services.
- Optimize structures, processes, and interfaces within the business unit, and manage strategically relevant and cross-departmental projects.
- Expand strategic networks and maintain existing ones, represent the interests of our sponsor in expert committees and working groups.
Requirements
- Ideally possess a completed university degree in fields such as nursing, health management, social management, business administration, social sciences, or a comparable discipline.
- Several years of relevant professional and management experience in elderly care, nursing, health, or social services.
- Experience in the economic management of larger organizational units.
- Experience in strategic organizational and corporate development.
- Knowledge of quality, process, and project management.
- Experience in leading and developing managers.
