About the Role

As a Warehouse Associate/Driver, you will be responsible for driving a company vehicle throughout the assigned geographic area, ensuring the safety of yourself and others. You will also manage receiving, storing, picking, and shipping products, adhering to company standards for accuracy, detail, sanitation, safety, security, and productivity. This role requires professional driving experience.

Responsibilities

Load and unload cargo
Execute local deliveries and obtain authorization signatures
Ensure the receipt, coordination, and safety of goods coming through the warehouse
Ensure products are stocked correctly and safely
Maintain all equipment in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion
Operate equipment safely and efficiently, complying with OSHA and company standards
Assist in inventory accuracy and cycle counts
Ensure proper stock rotation
Perform aisle assessments and assignments
Receive, inspect, and unload inbound shipments
Verify quantities and product accuracy against packing slips and WMS
Report discrepancies or damages
Pick, pack, label, and stage outbound orders using WMS and material handling equipment
Ensure accuracy and timely shipment
Maintain organized inventory and storage areas
Operate equipment safely in compliance with OSHA standards
Assist with cycle counts and general warehouse upkeep

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience
Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience required
Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
DOT Medical Certificate/Card required
Ability to climb and lift minimum 25lbs
Must be able to read, count accurately, do simple math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and write legibly
Ability to follow directions with emphasis on safety
Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
Ability to be flexible

Skills

Warehouse Management Systems experience preferred
Fork-Lift Certification preferred
