About the Role

As a Product Owner, you will be the convergence point between business needs, product vision, and technical execution. You will translate the domain roadmap into a clear, prioritized backlog ready for development. You are responsible for the detailed functional design of the solution, orchestrating the daily delivery of the squad while ensuring quality, stability, and integration of technical and cyber requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Transform the roadmap into an execution plan: build, prioritize, and maintain the squad's backlog in line with business objectives.
  • Design functional solutions: formalize workflows, mockups, application rules, and workflows that meet business needs.
  • Specify with precision: write Epics and User Stories with clear, exhaustive, and testable acceptance criteria.
  • Drive agile delivery: lead squad rituals, resolve ambiguities, and ensure adherence to preparation and finalization criteria.
  • Ensure quality: integrate testing, non-regression, DevSecOps, and cybersecurity requirements from the design phase.
  • Coordinate stakeholders: collaborate closely with business units, Proxy POs, developers, the Tech Lead, the Lead Dev, and DevSecOps teams.
  • Contribute to RUN performance: monitor anomaly correction and participate in the continuous improvement of delivery processes.

Requirements

  • First professional experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Functional Project Manager in a large group.
  • Ability to model processes, conduct functional workshops, and produce mockups to facilitate stakeholder alignment.
  • Familiarity with Agile approaches (Scrum and Kanban).
  • Good understanding of application integration, automated testing, DevOps, and cybersecurity challenges.
  • Methodological rigor and attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative leadership and ability to rally a technical squad.
  • Active listening, pedagogical approach, and clear communication with business and technical stakeholders.
