About the Role
KRUSH Tech is seeking a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to define and lead our global product strategy and organization. This executive will own the product lifecycle from ideation and market/customer requirements through development, industrialization, launch, scale, and ongoing product evolution. The CPO will operate at the intersection of customer, technology, engineering, manufacturing, and business strategy, translating market opportunities and customer needs into clear product priorities and executable roadmaps. This role is best suited for a product leader who has built and launched complex physical technology products and understands what it takes to move rapidly from innovation into scalable manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Define and own KRUSH Tech's global product vision, strategy, portfolio, and roadmap.
- Lead products from ideation through development, manufacturing readiness, launch, scale, and lifecycle management.
- Translate customer, market, and mission requirements into clear product requirements and priorities.
- Establish product management processes appropriate for a rapidly scaling organization without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Partner closely with R&D and Engineering to balance technical innovation, customer requirements, speed, cost, and product performance.
- Work with Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality to ensure products are designed for scalable, reliable production.
- Drive product portfolio decisions, including prioritization, investment, product evolution, and lifecycle management.
- Build strong feedback loops between customers, commercial teams, engineering, and manufacturing.
- Develop and lead a high-performing global Product organization.
- Establish product metrics and operating mechanisms that provide visibility into product performance, roadmap execution, and launch readiness.
- Partner with executive leadership on company strategy, investment priorities, market opportunities, and long-term growth.
- Operate effectively across geographically distributed teams, customers, suppliers, and manufacturing operations.
Requirements
- Significant product leadership experience within defense technology, aerospace, semiconductors, robotics, autonomous systems, advanced electronics, industrial technology, or another complex hardware/manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ownership of products across the full lifecycle: concept/ideation → requirements → development → industrialization → launch → scale.
- Experience bringing technically complex physical products into production.
- Strong understanding of the relationship between product development, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, cost, and commercial requirements.
- Experience developing product strategy and roadmaps based on customer needs, market dynamics, technical capabilities, and business priorities.
- Proven ability to lead across Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, Operations, Commercial, and executive teams.
- Experience building and leading high-performing product organizations.
- Strong technical and commercial judgment with the ability to make decisions in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.
- Experience operating across international teams and markets.
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employer-sponsored visa support, now or in the future.
