About the Role
Join a global commercial real estate advisory firm dedicated to creating vibrant buildings and cities that deliver lasting social and economic impact. This role offers a high-quality and diverse range of instructions with a blue-chip client base, working on a mix of professional and project work.
Responsibilities
- Provide dilapidations services on behalf of both landlord and tenant clients.
- Administer contracts for small and larger scale projects.
- Offer project management and employer’s agent services.
- Deliver development and funder monitoring services.
- Conduct building surveys across a range of building types.
- Perform technical due diligence for acquisitions and disposals.
- Provide planned maintenance and lifecycle advice.
Requirements
- Must be a chartered Building Surveyor member of the RICS.
- Must hold an RICS approved Building Surveying degree.
- Must hold a current clean driving licence.
- Willing and able to drive to sites, meetings, and other appointments regularly throughout the southern half of the county, with some travel beyond that distance necessary from time to time.
- Must confirm you have the right to work in the UK.
