About the Role
We are looking for you to join our Flow Team to support individuals with cognitive and psychological impairments, as well as the elderly and younger individuals, in their daily lives. This role offers flexible working hours to accommodate your personal circumstances.
Responsibilities
- Accompanying elderly individuals, people with cognitive and psychological impairments, and younger individuals in their daily lives.
- Utilizing your skills and knowledge within the team.
- Working in various facilities in Eberswalde, Blütenberg, and Lobetal, offering a wide range of support services.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a Heilerziehungspfleger, Erzieher (with willingness to acquire additional qualifications in the field of participation), Altenpflegefachkraft, or Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/f/d).
- Experience in working with people with disabilities.
- Ability to remain calm and act effectively in crisis situations.

Salary/Compensations
- Base salary: starting from €4,154 (full-time)
- Child supplement per child: €88
- Above-tariff allowance Flow Team: €120
- Total: €4,362 gross + shift allowances + annual special payment (50% of 13th month's salary paid in June and November)
