About the Role
Offer customers a unique and memorable experience to maximize sales and build long-term customer relationships, upholding Eres' standards and brand image.
Responsibilities
- Represent the ERES brand image with exemplary conduct and impeccable appearance.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, providing a welcoming and high-quality service in a luxury environment.
- Share expertise with customers and team members.
- Master and apply Eres' Art of Sale techniques.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of Eres products, collections, and stock.
- Understand and adhere to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and manage customer files.
- Support other Sales Assistants.
- Manage the cash desk operations.
- Ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines, maintaining tidiness in counters and fitting rooms.
- Participate in goods reception, stock management, and boutique reorders.
Requirements
- Exemplary attitude and impeccable look.
