About the Role
Join the Strategy and Growth Manager and work directly with Wonder's executive team on the company's most critical projects. You will own missions from inception to completion, developing analysis, project management, and communication skills. This role offers the opportunity to support core teams, take on increasing responsibility, and drive projects that grow the company's audience, content output, and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Study the full funnel of the Wonder community across organic and paid channels to identify user engagement points.
- Run and measure experiments across the user funnel, implementing your own recommendations.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of Wonder's social media channels and establish supporting systems.
- Explore strategies to expand the revenue funnel, including partner marketing, outbound efforts, strategic partnerships, and SEO.
- Report weekly on experiment outcomes, challenges, and proposed adjustments.
- Leverage AI in various aspects of film and commercial production value chains.
- Support new business development for Agency and IP arms by building target lists, researching accounts, and preparing pitch materials.
- Maintain and update the CRM pipeline.
- Analyze deals, pricing, and margins to identify strategic focus areas.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree from a top university.
- One to two internships in high-intensity environments (e.g., consulting, VC, startups, finance).
- A demonstrable record of exceptional results.
- Ability to break down complex problems from first principles.
- Attention to detail and ability to work against personal biases.
- Skill in explaining complex topics concisely.
- Comfort with running social media experiments and appearing on camera.
- A proactive approach to driving outcomes and problem-solving.
- A preference for simple, effective solutions.
