About the Role

Savills is seeking an experienced and proactive PR Manager to join our Residential Research team on a maternity cover basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape media engagement around key housing market trends, research insights, and residential property data. The ideal candidate will have strong media relations experience, excellent communication and copywriting skills, and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders. A keen interest in housing, economics, and property markets, combined with a proactive and commercially aware approach, will be essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Managing media enquiries
• Developing proactive press opportunities
• Building strong relationships with national, regional, trade, and broadcast journalists
• Identifying compelling stories from research and market data
• Drafting high-quality press materials
• Helping position Savills as a leading voice in the residential property sector

Requirements

• Must hold own right to work in the UK
• Must have signed agreement in place with recruitment agency and been previously contacted and directed by a member of the recruitment team for agency submissions
