About the Role

As a Senior Consultant Enterprise Transformation & Finance Transformation, you will guide clients in planning and implementing complex enterprise and finance transformations, from defining goals to ensuring sustainable integration within the company. You will create analyses, management presentations, and decision memos for top management and executives, actively contributing them to client projects. In interdisciplinary teams, you will develop actionable solutions for operating models, organizational development, digitalization, and efficiency improvements across the value chain. You will assess company structures, governance models, and end-to-end processes, identify optimization potential, and develop target states collaboratively with clients. You will professionally prepare, moderate, and follow up on workshops, transformation offices, steering committees, and management meetings.

Responsibilities

Guide clients in planning and implementing complex enterprise and finance transformations.
Create analyses, management presentations, and decision memos for top management and executives.
Develop actionable solutions for operating models, organizational development, digitalization, and efficiency improvements.
Assess company structures, governance models, and end-to-end processes.
Identify optimization potential and develop target states collaboratively with clients.
Prepare, moderate, and follow up on workshops, transformation offices, steering committees, and management meetings.

Requirements

Completed studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable degree with a focus on transformation, strategy, or finance.
Initial professional experience in management consulting or transformation projects, ideally in Finance Transformation, Enterprise Transformation, or Operating Model Design.
Knowledge in areas such as digitalization, process optimization, AI, automation, performance management, or shared services.
Confident communication in German and English.
Comfortable working in international project environments.
Analytical thinking, structured approach, and professional demeanor with clients and executives.
