This senior leadership role spans Revenue Operations, Pricing Operations, Sales Enablement, and GTM Engineering, focusing on integrating systems, processes, data, and operating rhythms to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and growth. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and the broader business to improve revenue predictability, productivity, and customer lifetime value, playing a key part in scaling our commercial operations with ambitious growth plans.
Responsibilities
- Evolve the revenue engine by owning the design and evolution of the revenue operating model across customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
- Identify and implement scalable solutions for structural bottlenecks impacting growth across processes, systems, data, and organizational design.
- Connect Sales, Marketing, and the commercial function through clear processes, consistent performance measures, and effective customer lifecycle handovers.
- Translate market and account segmentation into practical changes across territories, workflows, team structures, and systems.
- Strengthen operating rhythms and standards to support a high-performing, scalable GTM function.
- Drive revenue performance and predictability by partnering on annual planning, headcount, capacity planning, quotas, and in-year performance.
- Own forecasting, pipeline reviews, and revenue performance reporting for leaders.
- Monitor pipeline health, conversion, sales productivity, and quota attainment, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
- Develop a trusted view of commercial performance, translating metrics into clear recommendations and actions.
- Manage sales incentive plans with Finance to ensure they reward desired behaviors and support commercial strategy.
- Turn data into better decisions by building and maintaining a single source of truth for revenue, customer, and pipeline data.
- Provide commercial leaders with practical insights for improved decision-making and day-to-day performance.
- Prepare commercial analysis and reporting for the CRO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board.
- Track key SaaS metrics including ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, retention, churn, funnel conversion, and revenue productivity.
- Identify data gaps, challenge assumptions, and translate complex analysis into clear, commercially grounded recommendations.
- Own pricing operations by translating pricing strategy into consistent, scalable processes across price books, packaging, discount approvals, and commercial policies.
- Oversee the implementation of price changes and monitor realized pricing, discounting, and commercial exceptions.
- Improve pricing governance and visibility to reduce unmanaged discounting and revenue leakage.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Product, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent application of pricing and packaging.
- Optimize GTM systems and processes by owning the commercial direction of the CRM and GTM technology stack.
- Improve lead management, opportunity tracking, and CRM workflows, balancing data capture with user experience.
- Connect lead generation, opportunity management, quote-to-cash, customer retention, and subscription renewals.
- Drive adoption of systems, processes, and sales methodologies for consistent execution.
- Lead multiple commercial improvement projects, including GTM tool implementations, process redesign, and strategic planning.
- Put AI & automation to work by identifying high-value opportunities, prioritizing initiatives, and implementing practical solutions.
- Improve workflows, reduce manual work, recover selling time, and explore AI-enabled tools to enhance GTM effectiveness.
- Measure the impact of AI and automation initiatives on productivity and commercial outcomes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Operations, ideally within SaaS, fintech, or a subscription-based business.
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, forecasting, pipeline performance, pricing, and revenue growth levers.
- Hands-on experience improving CRM processes, lead and opportunity management, data quality, and GTM technology adoption.
- Proven ability to scale a GTM function by improving processes, systems, and ways of working.
