Responsibilities
- Support and promote children during class time in a team with a teacher.
- Organization and supervision of an own group.
- Design of leisure activities during school time and holidays.
- Planning and execution of afternoon working groups.
- Participatory collaboration in the formulation and implementation of new concepts.
Requirements
- State recognition as a certified educator or other recognized qualification as a socio-pedagogical specialist.
- Openness, interest, and enthusiasm for the daily life at a Berlin compartment school.
- Sound pedagogical expertise and experience in the field of cross-grade learning (JüL).
- Communicative, self-confident, and sovereign demeanor.
- An educational and upbringing partnership approach with parents.
- Interest in a long-term perspective at ALBASPROSS.
- Proof of immunity to measles confirmed by a doctor (if born after 1970) or a medical certificate of a contraindication.
- An extended police clearance certificate, not older than three months.
