Responsibilities
- Support and foster children during class time in collaboration with a teacher.
- Organize and supervise an independent group.
- Design leisure activities during school hours and holidays.
- Plan and conduct afternoon activity groups.
- Participate in formulating and implementing new concepts.
Requirements
- State-recognized qualification as an educator or other recognized qualification as a socio-pedagogical specialist.
- Openness, interest, and enthusiasm for the daily life at a Berlin compartment school.
- Sound pedagogical expertise and experience in the field of cross-grade learning (JüL).
- Communicative, self-confident, and assured demeanor.
- Educational and partnership-oriented approach with parents.
- Interest in a long-term perspective at ALBASPROSS.
- Proof of measles immunity confirmed by a doctor (if born after 1970) or a medical certificate of contraindication.
- Extended police clearance certificate not older than three months.
