About the Role
Join the Hedin Automotive Aftersales team as a Parts Advisor, supporting customers and workshop technicians by identifying, sourcing, and supplying the right parts at the right time. This role offers an opportunity to develop your career with a leading automotive brand.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in person and over the phone to identify and source correct parts.
- Identify and order parts accurately to specification to support customer and workshop requirements.
- Check incoming parts deliveries and ensure orders are complete and accurate.
- Follow up on outstanding orders, availability, and pricing, keeping customers and colleagues updated.
- Process invoices and customer payments accurately and efficiently.
- Carry out stock checks and help maintain accurate and effective inventory levels.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within a franchised motor-trade environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
- Experience using Kerridge/Drive and ETK.

Salary/Compensations
- Up to £40,000 OTE per annum
- Basic Salary £31,200 (depending on experience)
