About the Role
As our Senior Talent Acquisition Manager – Commercial, you will ensure every position in Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing is filled by an exceptional candidate. You will have significant ownership, shaping Cosuno's hiring strategies and processes.
Responsibilities
- Hire 25 people across Account Executives, Customer Success, and Inside Sales Managers, managing the entire process from intake to signed contract.
- Build proactive talent pipelines before roles become open to prioritize sourcing and referrals over agencies.
- Develop clear scorecards for each role and implement structured interviews for hiring managers.
- Relaunch the referral program to leverage the team as talent scouts.
- Create a monthly dashboard to track key hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, conversion rates, and source of hire.
- Engage in active sourcing and candidate conversations.
- Manage multiple commercial hiring processes concurrently.
- Develop and implement hiring processes in a startup environment.
- Advise and challenge hiring managers on profiles and decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience.
- At least 2 years of in-house recruiting experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
- Experience hiring SDRs and Account Executives.
- Proven track record with quantifiable results in hires made, time-to-hire, and offer acceptance rate.
- Ability to manage pipeline using data.
- Proven direct outreach sourcing skills.
- Experience running scorecard-based interviews.
- Strong closing skills to secure top candidates against competing offers.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

- €70,000–90,000 gross base salary per year
