  • Build and maintain reusable templates, modules, and patterns for web, ads, and email.
  • Act as a solution-oriented design partner, guiding cross-functional stakeholders from problem to execution.

  • Utilize AI tools for concepting, variant production, prototyping, test-implementation, and analysis.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in digital, marketing, or web design.
  • Portfolio showcasing strong visual craft across brand, web, landing pages, paid social, and email, detailing the problem, hypothesis, testing, and outcomes.
  • Proven experience designing for conversion, balancing brand expression with commercial results.
  • Data-informed mindset with comfort in reading test results and analytics.
  • Excellent typography, layout, and hierarchy skills with attention to detail.
  • Expertise in Figma, including components, auto layout, and prototyping.
  • Solid skills in Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear communication in English, both written and spoken.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS or experience with AI-assisted coding tools.
