About the Role
Sigma is expanding its footprint across EMEA and needs a Revenue Operations Manager to build the systems, cadences, and plans that enable new markets to scale quickly. This role acts as a trusted advisor with a bias for action and a sharp analytical mind, focusing on designing systems for market expansion.
Responsibilities
- Own the operational plan for EMEA expansion, including market entry sequencing, territory and coverage design, headcount and capacity planning, and milestone tracking.
- Manage the operating rhythm of a high-growth, multi-country sales organization, including QBRs, planning cycles, leadership offsites, and inter-market alignment cadences.
- Lead annual and half-year planning for EMEA in collaboration with regional sales leadership, owning the process, timeline, and execution.
- Oversee the health of the entire GTM engine in EMEA, from lead to upsell, including lead flow, pipeline generation and coverage, conversion, forecast accuracy, renewals, and expansion.
- Conduct strategic diagnostics, identifying leading indicators, structural risks, and pipeline dynamics to forecast market performance.
- Manage regional execution details, including multi-currency forecasting and pricing, partner and cloud marketplace deal flow, and country-specific requirements in coordination with Finance, Legal, and People teams.
- Develop AI-native workflows to automate manual tasks and enable sales leaders to focus on decision-making.
- Serve as a direct line to senior leadership, with the credibility to challenge and advise, expected to form and defend strategic viewpoints.
Requirements
- 8 - 10 years of experience in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or a Chief of Staff function within a high-growth B2B SaaS business.
- Direct experience launching or scaling sales organizations in new international markets, preferably across multiple EMEA countries.
- Deep knowledge of end-to-end GTM engine operations, including lead flow, conversion, pipeline management, forecasting, territory management, coverage models, renewals, expansion, operating rhythms, and annual planning.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex situations for different audiences.
- Comfort with ambiguity and speed, and flexibility to handle shifting priorities across time zones and cultures.
- Curiosity about AI and automation, with the ability to integrate them into existing systems to improve speed and efficiency.
- Proven experience operationalizing a regional or international expansion, from initial hires to repeatable pipeline.
- Demonstrated experience partnering directly with VP-level or above sales leadership.
- Proven ownership of pipeline management and the full GTM engine, from lead generation through closed deals, renewals, and upsell.
- Proficiency with at least one analytics or BI platform.
- Hands-on experience deploying LLM-powered automation and AI-native tools in a GTM context.
- Based in London, with the right to work in the UK.
