About the Role
GrainCorp is seeking a Business Systems Manager to lead a team of Business Systems and Support Analysts in supporting and improving SAP SuccessFactors applications and associated solutions.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with subject matter experts, process owners and key stakeholders to identify, analyse, and implement improvement opportunities.
- Lead involvement in defining and implementing the future of the transactional landscape.
- Provide application support governance, continuous improvement, and application portfolio ownership to maintain key business applications uptime.
- Manage IT service management incidents, problems, service requests and enhancements.
- Work with developers and external vendors to provide effective and efficient solutions.
- Co-ordinate system testing, training, user acceptance and validation testing of solutions, production changes and upgrades.
Requirements
- Prior experience in business systems analysis working with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience with HR business process designs and systems solutions with SAP SuccessFactors key modules (Recruitment Management, Onboarding, Employee Central, Compensation, Performance & Goals, Learning).
- Managing SuccessFactors Quarterly Releases.
- Experience with service management tools e.g. ServiceNow and Level 2/3 Support processes.
- Vendor management and working with vendor resources to achieve project and application support outcomes.
- Proof of working rights.
- Suitable professional referees.
- Undertake a national police check.
