About the Role
Join an AI talent platform's growth engine, driving significant ARR growth and scale. This role involves owning and optimizing growth programs across multiple channels, focusing on scientific processes and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own growth programs across outbound, paid acquisition, content/brand, SEO, partnerships, and events, delivering measurable outcomes.
- Treat every channel as a scientific process: hypothesis → A/B test → measure → iterate.
- Plan and optimize outbound (cold email) and manage deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warming, sender reputation).
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
- Create high-velocity content (blogs, email, LinkedIn, social, testimonials, case studies, product stories) with strong brand alignment.
- Shape and execute SEO strategy (topic research, on-page optimization, internal linking).
- Build partnerships and run online/offline events that drive real turnout.
Requirements
- Ability to own and run growth programs across multiple domains, not just execute activities.
- Proven ability to own outcomes and drive measurable impact.
- Scientific mindset applied to all channels: hypotheses, tests, metrics, iteration.
- Strong content creation skills with brand alignment.
- Expertise in cold-email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warming, reputation).
- SEO expertise including topic research, on-page optimization, and internal linking.
- Familiarity with paid acquisition across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
- Experience in event organizing and marketing partnerships.
- Bonus: Background in recruitment, HR tech, or AI talent.
