About the Role
We are seeking a Construction Manager for elevator and escalator installations, overseeing projects from installation to handover. This role involves managing the entire lifecycle of vertical transportation systems, which are crucial social infrastructure supporting daily life in commercial facilities, hospitals, and residential buildings. Responsibilities
- Develop construction plans for elevators and escalators.
- Manage site progress, quality, safety, and budget.
- Attend meetings with prime contractors and subcontractors.
- Provide on-site construction instructions and coordination.
- Conduct completion inspections and handover procedures.
Requirements
- Construction management experience in facilities, electrical, or mechanical fields.
- Experience in elevator construction is a plus.
- Candidates with Level 1 or 2 Construction Management Engineer qualifications are preferred.
- Ability to coordinate and communicate smoothly with stakeholders.
