About the Role
This 2-year graduate scheme offers a comprehensive program with the opportunity to work across various sectors for both external and internal clients. You will be mentored by a senior team member and engage in structured learning towards professional qualifications with full sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Apply professional concepts and theoretical knowledge to identify and solve defined issues.
- Take ownership of key project deliverables and collaborate with clients and senior managers.
- Participate in business development activities, including bidding and marketing.
- Collaborate within teams to solve problems, improve processes, and drive industry best practices.
Requirements
- A relevant degree in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a similar built environment subject is ideal.
- Alternative degrees are accepted from candidates passionate about project management with demonstrated innovation and entrepreneurship skills.
- A predicted 2:1 or higher in a bachelor's degree is required; master's degree holders are also welcome.
- Experience through sandwich courses, summer placements, internships, or previous industry experience is welcomed.
- Must have the right to work in the UK permanently; visa sponsorship is not supported for graduate roles.
