About the Role
Become part of the Staffing Team at Zenjob and scale with our clients, not just watch. Your core focus: End-to-end order staffing, ensuring the right Zenjobbers land on the right shifts quickly, reliably, and without gaps. You will be the direct contact person for our Zenjobbers by phone, as good staffing stands and falls with this relationship. Together with one of our Operations Managers, you will form the operational interface when it comes to delivery and quality for enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end order staffing: Ensure the right Zenjobbers are booked for the appropriate shifts.
- Screening & Performance Monitoring: Screen Zenjobbers and continuously monitor their performance to ensure our clients receive the best talents with the right job fit.
- Direct Zenjobber Contact: Provide phone and written support to Zenjobbers as the central point of contact.
- Collaboration with Operations Manager: Joint operational interface for delivery & quality with enterprise clients.
Requirements
- Native-level German and good English skills.
- Enjoy interacting with people and are communicative.
- Work thoroughly, solution-oriented, independently, and can quickly implement newly learned skills.
- Enjoy teamwork and are eager to work with various tools daily.
