About the Role
Drive Shop NY is looking for a motivated and reliable Vehicle Handler to join our team in West Nyack, NY! This is a great opportunity to work hands-on with vehicles in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Responsibilities
- Safely move, stage, and transport vehicles on and around the lot
- Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and accurately document findings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle inventory and lot
- Coordinate vehicle check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Assist team members with vehicle logistics and fleet operations
- Ensure vehicles are properly positioned and ready for customer or operational use
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures when handling vehicles
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred
- Prior experience in vehicle handling, automotive, or fleet operations is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to document vehicle conditions accurately
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
