About the Role
Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Baker to join their team. Bakers are responsible for ensuring quality product by stocking the bagel wall and pastry case, and contributing to excellent guest service by assisting with order taking and sandwich making. The role emphasizes pride in food quality, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment. This position offers a commitment to work-life balance with stores closing by 3 PM.
Responsibilities
- Stocking the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality product availability each shift.
- Providing excellent guest service by assisting with order taking and sandwich making.
- Ensuring the quality of food and beverages served.
- Maintaining a safe and clean store environment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older.
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 AM) and weekends.
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
- Possession of a current, valid, state-issued driver's license is preferred (required at specific locations) and meets driving qualifications.
- Sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours.
