Responsibilities
- Playing a critical role in helping our clients leverage the latest digital technologies and best practices to modernise their finance function and achieve business goals.
- Leading the team to deliver a high-quality service for our clients.
- Facilitating client workshops to gain an understanding of how their finance function operates on a day-to-day basis.
- Identifying relevant and practical improvement initiatives to help clients modernise their finance function and help support the delivery of their strategic vision.
- Leading and managing Finance Transformation projects including Business Development.
Requirements
- Ability to lead and manage finance transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of finance process design.
- Evidence of delivered value to previous organisations.
- Finance qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, AAT etc) is desirable.
- Significant PQE experience with an established portfolio of work experience, ideally within a professional services environment and/or a strong mix of inhouse business experience and consulting experience.
- Experience in leading large-scale finance transformation projects, including process redesign, technology implementations (e.g. ERP upgrades, automation tools), and/or operating model redesign.
- Experience in designing and implementing Finance Target Operating Models, including organisational design, service delivery models and/or governance frameworks.
- Strong understanding of finance process and what ‘good looks like’ across a number of areas (e.g. FP&A, R2R, P2P, and O2C).
- Confident in leading engagements, planning and facilitating workshops to confirm objectives and requirements, identifying processes gaps, and analyse the impact and propose solutions to address these.
