- Collaborate with Tax leadership and senior stakeholders to define campaign objectives, target audiences, key messages, commercial success measures, and ownership of the go-to-market strategy.
- Identify opportunities to showcase Tax expertise through thought leadership, campaigns, strategic partnerships, client stories, events, digital content, media activity, and social channels.
- Support strong alignment across UK and transatlantic tax marketing activities, ensuring integrated plans, clear roles, and shared opportunities.
- Manage, coach, and develop two direct reports, setting clear priorities and fostering high-quality delivery and professional growth.

- Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to constructively challenge senior leaders and bring clarity to complex priorities.
- Excellent storytelling and content judgment, with the ability to build timely, relevant, and audience-led market-facing narratives.
- People leadership experience, including managing, coaching, and developing a small team while setting clear priorities and standards.
