About the Role
Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. (QPWB) is seeking talented law students and recent graduates for Law Clerk opportunities. This program offers real litigation experience, professional mentorship, and exposure to legal practice, serving as a foundation for practical skill development and future career opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and memoranda on ongoing cases
- Support discovery work, including document review and preparation
- Assist with trial preparation and case strategy projects
- Attend and observe depositions, hearings, mediations, and attorney conferences
- Participate in client or witness preparation under attorney supervision
- Collaborate with attorneys and clerks across practice groups and offices nationwide
Requirements
- Current law students or recent graduates from an ABA-accredited law school
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
- Interest in litigation, advocacy, and gaining hands-on legal experience
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional environment
