About the Role

Too Good To Go is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join their Product Analytics and Center of Excellence team, embedded within the new Pricing team in London. This role will serve as the analytical lead for pricing initiatives, partnering closely with the Senior Product Manager for Pricing to ensure all pricing decisions are grounded in rigorous measurement. The goal is to maximize surplus food saved and grow value for all stakeholders, rather than simply shifting value.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Senior Pricing PM to shape the team's roadmap, size opportunities, and define metrics.
  • Lead discovery and deep dives on pricing problems, including evaluating dynamic pricing logic, understanding consumer service fee impacts, and developing partner price recommendations.
  • Design and evaluate pricing experiments, including multi-variant and dose-response tests.
  • Apply quasi-experimental methods where randomization isn't possible.
  • Build understanding of price response in a supply-constrained marketplace and translate short-term effects into long-term outcomes.
  • Define tracking and instrumentation requirements for pricing experiments.
  • Enable self-service of pricing performance through dashboards in Amplitude and Looker.
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists, Finance, Commercial, and Key Accounts teams on pricing decisions.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of analyses, from problem framing to impact evaluation.

Requirements

  • Degree educated in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent).
  • Solid experience in product analytics, data science, or a similar analytical role, with a track record of influencing product decisions.
  • Proven experience building analytics foundations from scratch for a new product area or team.
  • Strong SQL and Python skills for analysis and statistical work.
  • Hands-on experience designing and evaluating A/B tests, including power analysis, metric selection, and guardrails.
  • Experience with causal inference or quasi-experimental methods.
  • Experience in pricing, monetization, or fee structures.
  • Experience in marketplace or two-sided platform dynamics.
  • Experience in experimentation at scale.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous problem spaces and translate them into structured, measurable analyses.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence product, commercial, and senior leadership stakeholders.
  • High ownership and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate analysis and insight generation.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
