About the Role
The Product Design team at Stark designs human interfaces for complex autonomous and mission-critical systems, transforming sophisticated technology into clear, intuitive, and dependable products. This role focuses on creating clear, mission-driven software interfaces for interconnected systems, where split-second clarity is crucial.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable and clean UX/UI using wireframes, high-resolution concepts and prototypes.
- Translate complex and abstract concepts into innovative, actionable designs.
- Simplify complex systems used in high-stakes real-world environments.
- Own design decisions and thrive in a high-momentum, agile environment.
- Collaborate closely with experts and navigate diverse stakeholder perspectives to build consensus on key design decisions.
Requirements
- Eligible to obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearance required for this position.
- Portfolio that demonstrates strong UX/UI design skills across all aspects of the design process.
- Work examples that showcase co-creator mentality, AI tool usage, systems of systems design thinking, and presentation skills.
