About the Role

Chapter Aesthetic Studio is seeking a Studio Sales & Guest Experience Specialist to manage guest interactions, provide consultative sales, and oversee studio operations. This role is crucial for building relationships, delivering a premium experience, and driving studio growth.

Responsibilities

Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm
Lead consultations to understand guest goals and support personalized treatment recommendations
Educate guests on services, memberships, packages, retail products, and financing options
Drive studio performance through membership and package sales, rebooking, and guest retention
Follow up through calls, texts, and emails to build loyalty and turn interest into appointments
Run the front desk: scheduling, check-in/check-out, phones, and payment processing
Partner with clinical providers and studio leadership to keep the guest experience seamless
Keep accurate guest records in our scheduling and CRM systems
Support studio events, promotions, and local marketing efforts
Help keep the studio clean, organized, and guest-ready

Requirements

1-3+ years in sales, hospitality, retail, aesthetics, fitness, or another guest-facing setting
Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
Comfort with scheduling systems, CRM platforms, and POS software
Organization and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
