About the Role
This is a 100% field-based role designed for someone who enjoys being active, outdoors, and on the move. You will be responsible for the physical health and "rentability" of our fleet across all station locations. You will travel a defined route among our partner stations during your shift, ensuring all stations within your assigned territory consistently meet our operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Visit partner stations on a set schedule to ensure the area is tidy and vehicles are clean.
- Perform basic safety checks and report issues, going bike by bike at each Micromobility station.
- Use internal app to check battery levels, run "rentability" tests, and handle simple digital updates.
- Move vehicles back to their "home" stations if they are left nearby and ensure they are docked correctly for charging.
- Report accurate inventory for each station.
- Communicate progress and reports on bikes and stations statuses after each visit.
