About the Role
North Italia is seeking Back Servers / Bussers to join their team, offering solid pay with room to grow. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, communicating with guests and staff, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations.
Responsibilities
- Clear and clean tables after guests leave, including dishware, table tops, chairs, booths and floor.
- Reset and arrange tables quickly for the next round of guests.
- Communicate with guests, servers, and hostesses to ensure amazing guest service.
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.
- Thank guests as they are leaving.
Requirements
- Possess the spirit of Italian hospitality and enjoy giving great service.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Comfortable standing for long periods of time.
- Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds.
