About the Role
Responsible for all areas of field services repair and product delivery and supplies to customer locations, maintaining and repairing equipment, meeting customer needs, and representing KASCO LLC. professionally.
Responsibilities
- Performs maintenance and preventative maintenance, including troubleshooting and repair on food processing equipment.
- Performs safety audits on customer's equipment.
- Maximizes sales of KASCO services and products during customer calls.
- Prospects for new business within the assigned territory.
- Sells special programs provided by KASCO.
- Provides technical support to customers on proper equipment use.
- Maintains control of inventory at customer locations and in the field warehouse and truck.
- Manages route territory according to established schedule.
- Provides special and emergency calls in a timely fashion.
- Administers order processing and invoice collection, including producing invoicing at store level and collecting payment for accounts below minimum billing levels.
- Maintains a safe work environment and adheres to all safety regulations.
- Operates vehicle in a safe and courteous manner.
- Maintains service vehicle according to company policy.
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
- Provides an effective, professional, and visible external professional image of KASCO.
Requirements
- Accredited High School diploma, Business or trade school or GED.
- Excellent mechanical, electrical, and electronic aptitude.
- Related technician repair skills.
