About the Role
We are seeking a Location Manager to oversee the daily operations at a customer’s place of business. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, managing on-site inventory, and ensuring superior customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage overall daily on-site operations at the customer’s location.
- Support customer product ordering and selection needs.
- Ensure compliance with SSD processes and procedures for on-site inventory.
- Deliver operational excellence through KPI achievement.
- Maintain an organized, well-labeled, and accurate inventory.
- Partner with internal teams to share and escalate relevant customer information.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly resolving customer and internal issues.
- Lead by example and demonstrate the company’s Core Values in all activities.
Requirements
- Proven leadership ability with experience managing operations or teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
- Willingness and ability to work in a warehouse environment on a consistent basis.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
