About the Role
The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Preschool Teacher to create a positive and engaging learning environment for children. This role is focused on helping children learn, play, grow, and thrive, providing them with the tools they need to succeed academically and emotionally.
Responsibilities
- Partner with other preschool teachers to implement our proprietary curriculum using engaging characters to make learning fun.
- Maintain quality compliance and health and safety standards throughout the daycare classrooms and programs.
- Collaborate with peers to create a great working environment and a welcoming and engaging daycare space for children.
- Communicate with parents and families about their child's adventures and achievements through mobile apps and personal discussions.
Requirements
- Have a high school diploma/GED (ECE coursework preferred).
- Meet any applicable state licensing requirements for the role.
