About the Role

The Federal Savings Bank is seeking client-focused sales professionals with at least three years of mortgage banking experience to help customers navigate the home lending process with confidence. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals looking to grow their business with the support of a 50-state lending platform, in-house processing, underwriting, and closing, and a wide array of loan programs.

Responsibilities

Offer loan solutions to customers while keeping in mind lending guidelines and customer requirements.
Manage and maintain a customer relationship portfolio.
Identify opportunities to retain existing clients and develop new ones.
Manage the efficiency of your customer pipeline.
Establish loan solutions and offer products and services to customers.
Review and ensure documentation is compliant.
Gather customer information for analysis for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.
Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure mortgage transactions are complete.
Manage self-generated customer referrals and realtor needs.

Requirements

Minimum of three years of mortgage lending experience in outside sales.
Active NMLS #.
Two or more new purchase loans per month preferred.
Must be self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive for success.
Strong interpersonal communication skills; ability to effectively interact with individuals within all departments of the bank.
Thorough knowledge of current originating guidelines/procedures.
Favorable credit and background check.
