About the Role
This entry-level position reports to the Superintendent and assists the project team in completing designated projects. The objective is to educate the employee in field and office operations and demonstrate their relationship to the physical construction of the project.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate shop drawings.
- Provide office and field support.
- Perform estimating and quantity take-offs.
- Purchase necessary materials for assigned tasks.
- Maintain material and equipment inventory at the project site.
- Monitor and update project schedules.
- Monitor assigned subcontracts and subcontractor schedules regarding material deliveries and manpower.
- Be significantly involved in preparing billings and reviewing invoices.
- Perform additional assignments as directed by supervisor.
Requirements
- Must verify employment to work in the U.S.
- Ability to assume responsibility.
- Ability to interface with others.
