This role serves Sales teams, Sales Leadership, and broader business leaders across Product, Commercial, Finance, and other functions by measuring performance, identifying trends and business drivers, and developing visualization and reporting tools that provide clear visibility into sales results, forecasts, pipeline, activity, and strategic initiatives. The Analyst combines strong analytical skills with business curiosity to help stakeholders understand what is happening, why it is happening, and where attention may be needed, while continually improving how Sales performance is measured, visualized, and communicated.
Responsibilities

- Support field-level and leadership reporting needs beyond standardized dashboards, developing targeted analysis and tools that help stakeholders manage their businesses and make informed decisions.
- Help establish, validate, and evolve KPIs and measurement frameworks as Sales teams, channels, programs, and business priorities change.
- Provide analysis supporting goal distribution, advisor and book segmentation, territory and coverage decisions, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
- Establish and track measures for strategic Sales initiatives, providing visibility into adoption, momentum, results, risks, and opportunities.
- Combine quantitative analysis with relevant field feedback, advisor sentiment, conversation intelligence, and business context to help explain performance and strengthen business narratives.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Commercial, Finance, Business Intelligence, Sales Operations, and other stakeholders to understand business questions, translate needs into reporting and analytical solutions, and communicate findings clearly.
- Leverage Salesforce, CRM Analytics, Gong, AI, Excel, and other analytical tools to improve the quality, scalability, and efficiency of Sales Intelligence.
