About the Role
SP+ is an artificial intelligence company focused on creating checkout-free parking experiences using computer vision. We are the largest parking network in America and are reinventing parking to give people back their most valuable asset, time.
Responsibilities
- Operate shuttle buses safely and transport passengers efficiently.
- Provide exceptional client and customer experiences.
- Perform vehicle inspections and maintain bus cleanliness.
- Log trip counts and assist disabled passengers.
- Maintain a neat, clean appearance and wear uniform at all times.
- Report accidents, policy violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences.
- Communicate spills or hazards to the garage office.
- Substitute for Cashiers or Valets when necessary and authorized.
- Assist customers with luggage and other traveling items.
- Assist Facility Manager with other duties as needed.
Requirements
- Possess a valid state-issued driver’s license.
- Maintain an acceptable DMV record.
- Must be vaccinated against COVID-19, subject to valid accommodation.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one situations.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers and American currency.
- Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle cash and equipment.
- Occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance.
- May be required to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
