Responsibilities
- Answering the phones promptly
- Setting up appointments
- Setup pick up and drop off appointments
- Obtain customer and vehicle information
- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Determine and recommend maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
- Establish follow up time
Requirements
- Previous experience at a Ford dealership is a plus
- Knowledge of automobiles is a plus
- Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
- Past experience as a service consultant is a plus
- Maintain a Service schedule
- Ability to multitask
- Very energetic personality
- A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization
- Personal and professional integrity
- Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs
- Ability to learn new technology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Positive, friendly attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
