About the Role

FTI Technology's Blockchain and Digital Assets practice is seeking a Senior Consultant to deliver complex blockchain and digital assets engagements. The practice offers services including bankruptcy, restructuring, M&A due diligence, investigations, strategy, innovation, and Blockchain as a Service (BaaS). This role involves communicating analysis results, refining strategies, and working on custom consulting projects, offering development opportunities for entrepreneurial and intellectually curious individuals.

Responsibilities

Execute technical investigations including blockchain analytics, fund flow tracing, and data analysis.
Review Smartcontracts and Blockchain platforms.
Support delivery of Risk Framework and Due Diligence mandates with quality-controlled outputs.
Prepare client-ready reports, expert summaries, and analytical workpapers.
Conduct market and regulatory research to support pitch and proposal preparation.
Maintain and build knowledge of blockchain tools, analytics platforms, and emerging protocols.
Support proposal writing and business development materials.
Support client engagement teams, delivering professional services, investigative services, and expert reports.
Translate client requirements into formal agreements, establishing specific solutions/workflows, and lead efforts to client acceptance.
Assist in the development of client blockchain and/or digital assets solutions, excelling at project consulting and management.
Contribute to contractual cost estimation, budget adherence, schedule creation, and timeline management.
Work closely with leadership to contribute to thought-leadership initiatives, go-to-market strategies, and sales efforts.
Support practice and business development initiatives, including expanding client relationships.
Provide project management and support to team leads and clients.
Deliver daily updates of project engagements to team leads.
Respond to client requests and set clear expectations for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
Experience in consulting, data analytics, business intelligence, or investigative research.
Experience in code review
Advanced communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels internally and externally.
This role requires travel to clients and FTI offices.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position does not provide visa sponsorship.
