  • Manage and develop the Marketing Associate and Marketing Events Lead, including setting priorities, coaching, and supporting career growth.
  • Direct and coordinate Research Partners, planning thought leadership and ensuring alignment with pipeline goals.
  • Establish operating rhythms for the team, including editorial and event calendars, and weekly priorities.

  • Oversee the event portfolio, including executive dinners, regional events, conferences, and flagship experiences.
  • Transform events and research partner content into repeatable pipeline programs.
  • Build content and thought leadership (blogs, webinars, case studies, social) targeting research and product leaders.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally selling into enterprise.
  • 1-2+ years of experience managing, mentoring, or leading others with a hands-on, player-coach approach.
  • Experience across field or event marketing, content, and demand generation with a track record of turning programs into pipeline.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable using data to measure performance and adapt strategies.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, including with Sales.
  • A hands-on operator thriving in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment.
  • Curiosity about using AI tools to improve speed and effectiveness.
