About the Role
iCapital is seeking an Analyst to join the Structured Investments team, supporting the management, development, and maintenance of the structured investments ecosystem on the platform for clients including investment banks, broker dealers, private banks, and RIAs. This role will assist senior team members in executing the company’s strategy and solutions within the structured investments market.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of the company’s strategy for the Structured Investments business line.
- Develop new and existing relationships with investment banks, third-party distributors, and distribution partners.
- Maintain synchronization across industry groups to deliver a robust platform solution.
- Lead projects and provide strong analytical support.
- Compile, maintain, and analyze large data sets.
- Develop presentations with comprehensive data and analysis for internal meetings and projects.
- Collaborate with the Client Solutions team to develop meaningful measurements of success.
- Work with internal technical partners to create a product offering that meets client needs.
- Drive process improvement by leveraging technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 1+ year(s) of relevant experience in trading, business development, or relationship management in the financial market industry or internship within a relevant field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to successfully operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic mindset and ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated client service skills with stakeholders and clients.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Desire to work in a cross-functional and collaborative environment.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Series 7 and 63 certifications are preferred or to be attained within 90 days of hire.
