About the Role
Support young athletes as they build skills and grow in confidence. The Saratoga Regional YMCA is seeking an energetic and positive Gymnastics Instructor to lead engaging gymnastics classes. This position helps children develop their skills in a safe, fun, and encouraging environment. This role provides instruction, leadership, and motivation while creating a welcoming atmosphere where all individuals feel supported and respected. As a Gymnastics Instructor, you'll help create a positive class experience where children stay active and excited to learn!
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging gymnastics classes.
- Help children develop skills in a safe, fun, and encouraging environment.
- Provide instruction, leadership, and motivation.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere where all individuals feel supported and respected.

Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years old; Must be able to furnish working papers.
- 3+ years gymnastics participation experience.
- Current CPR PRO & First Aid certifications.
- Child abuse prevention training annually.
- Ability to remain standing and moving for extended periods of time.
- Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, stand, walk, run, lift, and use finger dexterity.
- Ability to grasp and perform repetitive motions.
- Ability to talk, hear, and possess visual acuity.
- Ability to lift equipment, up to 40 pounds.
