About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our apartment buildings, office spaces, and common areas. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a safe, welcoming, and professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare apartments, ensuring all areas are tidy and presentable for new tenants or residents
- Maintain cleanliness of hallways, common areas, and shared spaces
- Perform vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and other floor cleaning tasks
- Clean and sanitize office spaces, bathrooms, and kitchens
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and according to company standards
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and responsibly
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness
- Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow safety procedures
